Among the procedures he performs are joint replacements, advanced arthroscopic reconstruction surgery, and fracture management.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon completing his residency at the University of Illinois, Dr. Carr gained experience as a surgeon in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery. In addition to his training with a highly regarded shoulder surgeon, among his other specialties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previously, he worked as a team physician for professional and high school sports teams.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0In 2014, Dr. Carr was awarded the \u201cVernon L. Nickel Research Award\u201d from the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ors.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orthopedic Research Association<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
